Doors and Windows
Walk Door
- Pre-hung door with keyed lockset (white only)
- Standard Size - 3' x 6'8"
- Economy, Utility or Heavy Duty
- Available with 22" x 36" glass (with or without divided lite)
- Custom doors are available
Sliders with Crossbucks
- Sliding doors are available with crossbuck design.
- Plywood backing with flat metal background - 4" wide metal trim. – Central Division, Mountain Division
- Ribbed metal background with 4" wide metal trim. Eastern Division, Northeast Division
Additional Information:
- Door clearance is 1' lower than wall height
- Steel vertical rails are standard
- Doors latch from the inside with a cam latch/jamb latch
- Color matches the walls, unless requested otherwise
- Wheel at bottom of wall for easy sliding – Central Division & Mountain Division
- Split slider has interlocking steel meeting rail and center latch
- Bottom door track is not standard, but available at additional cost
Single Sliders
Typical width: 10' or 12' (cannot exceed 12' wide)
Additional Information:
- Door clearance is 1' lower than wall height
- Steel vertical rails are standard
- Doors latch from the inside with a cam latch/jamb latch
- Color matches the walls, unless requested otherwise
- Wheel at bottom of wall for easy sliding – Central Division & Mountain Division

Typical width: 12', 14', 15' & 20' (width of door is limited by width of building)

Bottom Door Rail
Wind resistant bottom door rails provide stability when your sliding door is open. This item can be purchased separately and as part of the Premium Slider Package.
Cam Latches / Jamb Latches
Cam latches are a flip latch. They are easy to operate, simply flip a small lever, and you can open the sliding door.
Center Tension Bar
This item can be purchased separately and as part of the Premium Slider Package.
- Available in: Eastern Division & Northeast Division
Frame-Out for Overhead Doors
- Typical width; 8', 9', 10', 12' or 16'.
- Openings are framed and trimmed for an overhead door. (door by others)
- Angled corners are optional.
Additional Information:
- Height is limited by the clearance needed for the housing or track - typical clearance is 2', therefore the door height is 2' lower than the wall height
- If you are pouring a concrete slab you must allow for the thickness of the concrete under the door
- Check with your door supplier to verify the rough opening size and required clearance
Roll-Up Doors
- Typical width; 10' or 12'
- Typical height: 8' or 10'
- 26 gauge steel, commercial grade curtain
- 16 gauge galvanized steel drum w/steel ball bearings
- 14 gauge door guides
- Vinyl weatherstripping
- Bright white is standard
