1. Walk Door
- Pre-hung door with keyed lockset (white only)
- Standard size – 3' X 6'8"
- Heavy Duty

2. Insulation
- "SolarGuard" high performance reflective insulation consists of a ¼" fiberglass core bonded to an exterior layer of 99% pure aluminum and an interior layer of durable scrim-reinforced facing material
- Excellent R-Values (R+11)

3. Windows
- Single-Hung Vinyl Windows with 5/8" insulated glass

7. Dutch Door
- Welded

9. Horse Stalls

11. Skylights
- Polycarbonate panel with 10 year limited warranty. 6’-10’ exposed on roof or 3’-4’ exposed on walls. High quality polycarbonate material.
13. Split Slider
- Typical width; 12’, 14‘, 15’, 20‘(width of door is limited by the width of building)
14. Slider w/ Crossbucks
- Sliding doors are available with crossbuck design. Plywood backing with flat metal background - 1" x 4" crossbucks with metal trim.
Note:
- Door clearance is approximately 1' lower than wall height
- Aluminum vertical rails are standard
- Split slider has interlocking aluminum meeting rail and center latch
Note:
- Track and rollers as manufactured by Plyco Hardware
- Doors latch from the inside
Note:
- Color matches the walls, unless requested otherwise
- Wheel at bottom of wall for easy sliding
- Bottom door track is not standard, but available at additional cost
16. Frame-Out for Overhead Door
- Typical width; 8’, 9’, 10’, 12’ or 16’. Openings are framed and trimmed for an overhead door (door by others). Angled corners are optional.
Note:
- Height is limited by the clearance needed for the housing or rack - typical clearance is 2’, therefore the door height is 2’ lower than the wall height.
- If you are pouring a concrete slab you must allow for the thickness of the concrete under the door
- Check with your door supplier to verify the rough opening size and required clearance.
Note:
- Metal ceilings are not included with these options unless noted otherwise on the contract.
- Drop porches/sheds are also available
19. Roll-Up Door
- Typical width: 10’ or 12’
- Typical height: 8’ or 10’
- 26 gauge steel, commercial grade curtain
- 16 gauge galvanized steel drum w/steel ball bearings
- 14 gauge door guides
- Vinyl weatherstripping
- Right white is standard
25. Exhaust Fan
- Automatic back draft damper and adjustable thermostat with 18"X18" louver (electric by others)
26. Tack Rooms/Feed Rooms
- Interior room, typical size 10’X10’, 12’X12’. Metal or 2"X6" wood walls. Available with or without wood decking across top
